Scope
These terms and conditions shall apply as the basis of business transactions between Flatee GmbH as supplier and the customer, unless the customer rejects them in writing. They shall also be valid for each individual order within the framework of the business relationship of the parties. Agreements between the parties that deviate from these GTC must be in writing in order to be valid. In all other respects, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations shall apply. We only deliver within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For deliveries abroad, please contact us in advance.

Prices
All prices quoted are net prices and include all statutory taxes.

Orders
We sell our products through our website flatee.ch, through garage owners and car accessory dealers.

Prepayment
Orders placed by prepayment shall also be deemed to be a legally valid purchase contract.

Terms of payment
We offer payment options with Stripe (credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa), Twint or bank prepayment.

Data transmission on our website
All data is transmitted in encrypted form.

Delivery / Shipping costs
We deliver within Switzerland and FL. We charge a shipping fee, which is mentioned with every order. In the case of promotions, we may waive the shipping charge. The shipping costs are calculated per order or per package.

Orders from Fr. 150.– can be sent postage free.

Returns
Product returns in case of warranty or quality defectmust be agreed with us. Products that are not returned due to a defect may be rejected by us or refunded with a deduction of up to 50%. The sales packaging and the product contained therein must, without exception, be intact in order to be taken back. Refunds will only be paid to the buyer’s Swiss bank account. The shipping costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer.

Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. We will replace the product in the case of a warranty claim. Conversion or price reduction are excluded.

Liability
The liability for delivered articles on our part is measured at most up to the invoiced amount or by their replacement. Our company is liable for any production defects only to the extent that it is subject to product liability under mandatory Swiss law. Further obligations are expressly excluded.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
The place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is Solothurn. The legal relationship shall be governed by Swiss law.
